MODEL BMC "barrel muzzle w/chuck"

This barrel adapter was designed for the gunsmith whose method of chambering is to hold the barrel muzzle in a 6 jaw, 4 jaw, 3 jaw , or collet at the head stock and a steady rest at the chamber end. What was thought to be impractical and not worth the effort with this style of set up, has  now been engineered to a practical, efficient, simple, and hassle free tool to enhance your chambering quality.
The BMC will work with spindle bore's as small .750 to as  large as need be. The spindle bore of your lathe must be given at the time of order for correct fit. One size does  not fit all spindles. The BMC works on .14 through .50 cal. barrels with no parts interchange. The spring loaded rubber tip keeps constant pressure on barrel muzzle for no leak operation from start to finish! The BMC needs no adjusting from start to finish and does not dedicate lathe to chambering.
On and off in 30 to 45 seconds with no reset. Best of all it DOES NOT LEAK!

The fluid shaft assembly extends and seals to the muzzle end of the barrel.

MODEL BBC "barrel between center"

This barrel adapter was designed for chambering off of a dead center at the head stock and steady rest. The barrel is driven by a lathe dog and face plate. The size of spindle bore and length must be given for order.
The BBC gives you the ultimate in chambering precision. Constant flood oil lubrication and cooling with chip flushing.
The BBC takes this operation to a practical, efficient, yet simple setup! BBC install takes about 10 minutes. Annealed center must be trued each time and about ONE minute to remove. The BBC just WORKS! No leaking, rattling, adjusting, and best of all doesn't dedicate lathe to just chambering.

BBC

drilled dead center in the head stock allows fluid to pass down the barrel for flushing.

The fluid shaft assembly can be seen extending out the spindle bore.
