Where do I start... this is a tool that should have been on
the market 50 years ago. A long time in coming to the gunsmithing industry , but it's
finally here. This is a precision ground, hardened tool steel, commercial stoning jig.Yes
commercial! This unit is used by the big Boy's. From the smallest 12 cal. to 50 BMG's, one jig, all reamers.
Ever here the one; I have this reamer that cuts so true and silky
smooth. The rifles chambered with it are all one holers. That reamer is concentric and cuts a supper smooth throat. The man that
finished stoned that reamer did his job. Have it your way, put your reamer onto the
jig and perfect all the cutting flutes on all your reamers with a one time investment.
You receive a new reamer, will it cut on 6 flutes or one? Put it onto the jig and check the
flutes with a 1/10,000 indicator. If all the flutes are not the proper height, no problem,
stone them to perfection with this jig.
Your getting chatter, and your setup is known to be ridged. Put
it onto the jig and check for concentricity.
Tired of having to emery
smooth the chamber walls on your chamber jobs. The finish on
the chamber wall is horrible from your reamer, Put it onto the jig and stone the smoothest
reamer you have ever owned.
Take a piece of copper and run it down the face of the reamer
flutes. Does it feel or sound like its running down a comb? You need this jig!
Ever start a chamber job and say; I was suppose to send this last
month for a resharp! You also promised this rifle at the end of the week. Put it onto the
jig and touch it up now and finish the job today, not in 3 weeks and $50.00 later after shipping.
IF YOU'RE GOING TO BUY MORE THAN ONE REAMER
IN YOUR LIFE AND CHAMBER MORE THEN ONE RIFLE, INVEST IN THIS PRECISION TOOL TODAY!
