KG - "GUN KOTE"

     I am now doing this in house.  Along with having the time-temperature controlled oven for thermal bonding the coating, I have a phosphate metal prep process to strengthen the bond of this unique thermally bonded metal treatment.   Gun Kote will not be affected by oils, cleaning products or solvents.  It will not attract dirt or dust and has excellent impact resistance.  It is not easily worn as in chemically treated surfaces such as bluing or phosphate.

     Gun Kote comes in: Black, Gray, OD Green, Tan, Service Brown and Stainless Steel.  Gun Kote can also be custom mixed for colors such as Blue; Green; Gold; and White.  All colors come in flats and satins some in high gloss.

     All the satin black seen on the Ruger M77 except for the trigger, but including the stainless steel barrel, has been finished in house with KG Gun Kote.
